Lecithin is a natural emulsifier – an ingredient which helps two other ingredients (for example oil and water) to mix together, and prevent them from separating. Clean label and allergen free, lecithin is used to improve taste, stability, texture and shelf life.
Produced from soya, sunflower, and rapeseed oil, our lecithin solutions are a great choice for chocolate, confectionery, bakery, dairy, and infant nutrition applications. They are also used in non-food applications, such as animal feed, nutritional supplements, personal care, and cosmetics.
All of our lecithins are produced from sustainably sourced oils, and we can also offer non-GMO, powdered as well organic lecithin.
