Our Hull site operates one of the UK’s largest edible oils refineries. Here we refine large quantities of many different plant-based oils including palm, rapeseed, sunflower and high oleic sunflower, before blending and processing them into solutions for use in the food industry.

History

AAK International was established in Hull in 1982 as Anglia Oils, owned by Danish speciality fats company Aarhus Olie. Today, it is part of AAK AB, which is a world-leading global company specialising in customised and sustainable plant-based oils and fats solutions. AAK has been making better happen for more than 150 years.
