AAK UK colleagues prepare for site movie premiere
We are excited to announce that AAK UK’s site movie is now finished and ready to be viewed.
The short film, project managed and directed by marketing assistant Kelly Warrior, aims to show prospective customers, colleagues and other stakeholders the variety of activities at our King George Dock site in Hull.
“The aim of the movie is to raise awareness of our capabilities and offer insights into the breadth of our work,” Kelly said.
“We have also produced a series of additional videos to give personal perspectives, through short interviews with some of the best-known figures at our site.”
The film is the result of several months of work, from the creation of the script to final edits and approval from head office.
Colleagues from all areas of the site pulled out the stops to help with the movie and cooperate with the filming. Bob Burgess stepped into a starring role to share his extensive knowledge, while special mention must be given to the Foodservice team, in particular Dean Hardy, who made it possible to capture footage and answer questions.
Kelly said: “A huge thanks must go to Helen Flower for her support as my manager, as well as Bluestorm for help with writing the script, and the camera crew from Octovision who were great to work with and proved nothing is too much trouble for them.”
The film will be shared and available via a variety of channels, including:
- AAK’s Corporate YouTube Channel
- Go To Market Toolbox
- AAK intranet
- AAK UK LinkedIn Page
- AAK UK website
- Customer meetings
- E-Marketing mail shots to existing and new customer contacts
- To share between sites
- Welcome days
Kelly added: “We’re very proud of the film and thrilled to share behind-the-scenes insights into what we do every day here at AAK UK.”
