Our stand turned out to be a magnet for people looking for sustainable answers to a range of NPD challenges, from calorie, sugar and fat reduction to positive nutrition and premiumisation, free-from and plant-based menu development.
It was great to be able to explain to so many people how we use responsibly sourced plant oils to create value adding solutions to these challenges. Here’s a recap of our approach, in this short video from Kaly Chatakondu.
