Variety and differentiation are now key, and at AAK we have helped to drive the innovation that created the variety of BBQ sauces now widely available.

Taking our lead from the original American Smokey BBQ, Hickory BBQ and the thick and rich Sticky BBQ, we develop sauces that evoke the signature flavours of individual American states, including Tennessee Maple & Bourbon, and South Carolina Mustard BBQ. 

Taking influences from broader global cuisine, we create BBQ sauces to inspire new menus, products and promotions, such as our Korean-inspired BBQ sauces, and the Portuguese and South American-style Churrasco.
